| Q: I need a web site. What do I do next? A: The best step that any company can take BEFORE getting a web site is to answer a few questions:
- What is the purpose of my web site?
- What do I want to say on my site? To be more specific, decide what menu items you want (Services, About, Company, Contact, etc). This is just a starting point, but it gets you to thinking about what the actual content of your site will be

| Q: How much will my project cost? A: The price of a project depends on its scope.

| Q: How long will my project take? A: The timeframe for each project depends entirely on the following criteria:
- The scope of the project. How much work is involved can be determined and a timeframe for development given in the proposal stage
- Client response time. This is the one aspect of the project that we have no control over and yet can have the largest impact on the project. If a client gives us fast turnaround on questions, testing, etc, then the project goes much faster than if the client takes a long time to respond.

| Q: Will you host my web site? A: We can build a site on your own hosting account or we can host it ourselves.

| Q: What is your support policy? A: Generally, we provide 6 months technical support on most projects. Refer to your proposal or contract for your exact terms.

| Q: Is my web site backed up? A: If you use our hosting, we do provide off-site backup. Backups are taken every second day.
