Please contact us in Phoenix at 480.332.4790 or Toll-Free at 1-877-857-2539 to discuss how we can help you with your Email Marketing Campaigns. Below you will find some detailed informationn and pricing.
What we provide:
1) We will DESIGN the graphical layout of your email to go out to your clients/list. We will make it engaging with strategically placed links to the key parts of your web site.
2) We will WRITE the content for your email. We of course don’t know your business or what you want to emphasize for each email, so what we will do is have our professional copywriter call you on the phone and interview you. He is excellent at asking all the right questions so that he can write a robust, enticing email that people will respond to. So you will have to answer some questions, but we will actually write the whole email. You will have final approval and can ask for revisions, of course.
3) We will SEND your email to your lists.
4) We will TRACK all activity related to the emails. We will send you a report that outlines actions such as bounced emails, how many people clicked, which links they clicked, how many unsubscribe, etc. We will send you the report for each mailing at the following intervals following the mailing: 2 days, 7 days, and 30 days. (See below for a screenshot of what the reports will look like)
5) We will send out one email per month, with the above items 2-4 included for each and every email. In other words, it will be a completely new email with new content each time – we won’t just be sending out the same email each month. We didn’t include item 1 in here because recommend that the graphical elements stay the same, so that people begin to associate your “look” with your branding.
6) Once we have one or more email sent, we will begin to give you advice on what is working, what should be tried next, etc. All final decisions are yours, of course.
Your responsibilities:
1) You supply us with the lists. They can be in any format. We will do the scrubbing and then working with them to get your separate lists into one single format, etc.
2) You will allot some time each month for our copywriter to talk to you by phone. He will be responsible for setting this up with you, so it is not something you have to remember yourself. He will be proactive and let you know when he needs to talk to you. The phone interview should take less than 30 minutes each month. The first month will probably be closer to an hour just because he needs more time to get to know you, find out about your services, etc.
3) You commit to a 6 month contract.
4) You can give us new additions to your lists at no extra cost. Just send them once a month prior to each mailing.
With a 6 month contract, we will charge you $800 per month or per email campaign. This will include all the elements/benefits/services outlined above. In addition, we will provide the scrubbing of your lists at no charge with a 6 month contract.
Additionally, there will be a charge per email sent out. Here are the rates:

Please do let us know if you have any further questions. We have tried to put together a proposal that gets you out there marketing to your lists, and at the same time you have to do as little of the work as possible. You would be amazed at how often people commit to writing it themselves and then never do (or maybe you wouldn’t be surprised! ) This proposal means you can have all the benefits without having to do all the work.
Let us know what you think and if you have any questions. Below are the screenshot examples of the reports we will deliver to you:
Once you have more than one email sent, we can do campaign comparisons (See below). This is very helpful to try to see what is working, what is not. What are people clicking, and what are they ignoring, etc.
