At the onset of the project, our SpiralFX team of Vanessa Siegal, Andrew Royappa and Justin Siegal listened carefully and worked with us to understand both our "must-have" requirements as well as our "wish-list" of technological features. They were able to create a plan that incorporated both ends of the spectrum while adhering to our budget.
Vanessa was our Project Manager during the overhaul and competently guided us through the assignments step-by-step. The process was made much easier by Vanessa"s thorough, educational explanations. Unlike other technical experts, her advice was easy-to-understand (even for "non-techies") and had real-world applications. Vanessa and her team were available throughout the project for everything from simple computer questions to more complicated data exchange issues. For each aspect of the assignment, the tasks were broken down into achievable goals that kept the project on time and on budget. Communication was key in achieving this success.
The technological overhaul was an enormous undertaking for our company but was facilitated by SpiralFX" consistent superior customer service, technological expertise, knowledgeable staff and willingness to integrate our business needs with new technology applications.
